Our business has two major activities....

[1] ORA is a private equity placement business. We arrange loans for major construction projects and business acquisitions. Our funding model is based on up front fees and very low interest rates over 5 years. The current interest rate is approximately 3.5%.

[2] ORA has exclusive distribution agreements for hi-tech products including Hyperseal Specialty Coatings. ORA also owns key intellectual property for products such as VTOL UAV.
